Please include the email you used to purchase our program. Our support team will reply within 48 hours of receiving your request.
For our physical supplements please note the following:
- Our physical products ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel.
- We do offer return shipping labels for US Domestic returns only at this time.
- Refunds are processed once the product is received back at the warehouse.
- If we are able to cancel the order prior to shipment, we will refund once the warehouse confirms cancellation (usually within 24 hours of the order).
