The ONLY Potato That Flattens Your Belly

April 21, 2021 by Shaun Hadsall Leave a Comment

Believe it or not, the ONLY potato that can flatten your belly is:

The WHITE potato.

I know…it’s not what the so-called “health experts” would tell you, but it’s 100% true…

You just have to eat these delicious, fat-melting tubers based on your activity level.

If you’re an anaerobic exerciser who trains with weights intensely (or other types of interval training), then potatoes are the perfect anaerobic fuel for you to consume in your post-workout window (first 1-2 hours afterward).

If you’re sedentary, we recommend you avoid potatoes most of the time…

However, you should have a high-carb meal 1-2x per week that includes potatoes or another high glucose-based starch like white rice.

As long as you’re eating low carb the other 6 days of the week, this high-glucose meal will reboot your metabolism and reset crucial fat-burning hormones such as leptin and your thyroid.

That’s the magical, belly-flattening power of glucose….when you don’t abuse it. 🙂

Also make sure you never eat white potatoes by themselves. Always combine them with a healthy, complete protein and a veggie.  This will reduce the glycemic load of the overall meal— keeping your body in fat-burning environment with each tasty bite.
