Super Tasty (3 minute) Protein Pudding Recipe

March 31, 2011 by Shaun Hadsall 5 Comments

This recipe combines 3 different sources of high quality protein and can be eaten anytime and anywhere.

In today’s quick vid, I have a super quick and tasty healthy treat you gotta try.

When I first made this recipe, my wife exact words were, “Ewwwwe that sounds gross!”

After she tried it she said, “I’m shocked. That tastes great.”

After her response, I wanted to share it with you. So I just filmed the short video above to unveil my deeeeelicious 3-minute protein pudding concoction.

This is the perfect way to cure a sweet tooth late at night when you wanna grab the Ben and Jerry’s or a box of Oreos.

If you liked today’s video, make sure you hit the “like” button below and check out the “Metabolic Cooking” free report below. I felt like a total amateur after discovering this awesome new way of cooking and eating healthy.

I was introduced to Dave Ruel (the creator) through his famous muscle-building cookbook (called Anabolic Cooking) and now he’s teamed up with Karine Losier to apply this fresh and new approach to fat loss. Ya – cool.

My wife was alllllll over this one (and so was I).

Just click the link below from Dave and Karine. Karen and I really enjoyed this and we think you will too.

Would love to get the pudding directions, but I am not able to do this as I have dial-up and it will not play. Could it be e-mailed to me? Thank you, Judi Kennedy

    1/2 scoop vanilla whey
1/2 of small tub of stevia flavored all natural greek yogurt
1/4 cup of low fat or full fat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon of sugar free preserves (i use strawberry in the vid)

Mix it all together very thoroughly and enjoy. Great with a piece of fruit or berries added early in the day or as a sweet high protein snack late at night.

Give it a shot Judi! Have a great one.
