Foods you must eat for amazing results!
The levels of declining hormones, like testosterone in aging men, and unusually high amounts of estrogen in women is extremely abnormal in today’s day and age.
This causes even young men and women (in their twenties) to lose energy, stamina, sex drive, muscle, and just generally “feel” worse than they should.
Imagine what it’s like for those of use who are 40 and older?
So what’s goin on?
Well…a few things really.
First of all, there is also a LACK of natural animal fats and, believe it or not, “healthy” cholesterol in our diets.
But instead of eating friendly fats, Americans consume an astonishing 50%+of their calories from fattening foods like bread and pasta and overeat harmful vegetable oils.
Research has shown diets consisting of less than 40% fat (like the Standard American Diet) lead to decreases in testosterone levels and increases in BAD estrogen in both men and women.
Here’s how you can fix what’s broken by using real food.
Outside of cutting down on processed food, make sure you start consuming more friendly fats and foods that are rich in vitamins that have been shown to promote healthy hormone production.
Foods You MUST Eat:
1) Pasture or Farm Raised Chicken Eggs
2) Raw Sunflower Seeds
3) Cod liver oil
4) Coconut Oil
5) Raw Brazil Nuts
6) Grass Fed Butter
7) Grass-Fed Beef
Just Three of the Foods you MUST eat:
CAUTION: Make sure you don’t OVER-eat any of these foods and for your belly fat’s sake don’t try to eat them all on the same day…lol.
Because they’re “fatty,” they yield over twice the calories of other healthy proteins and carbs you eat.
So use small amounts only…and rotate all of these foods in and out of your diet or you’ll get too many calories.
A handful of raw seeds, 4 or 5 Brazil nuts, a tablespoon of cod liver oil, coconut oil, or grass fed butter, and one or two servings per week of grass fed beef is plenty.
Now whether you realize it or not, the items you put on your body every day like: soaps, shampoos, and skin creams are causing DAMAGE to your body as well as the foods you are putting into your body.
They’re altering your hormones and ultimately affecting fat loss, muscle building, and even your level of happiness.

Personally, Karen and I have started swapping out all our normal “toiletries” products to all natural, organic options.
It’s just not worth taking the risk of being exposed to all the hormone-destroying chemicals.
