One of the best things you can do to manage your blood sugar (and your waistline) is to just eat REAL food.
Seems obvious, I know. But the fake “health food” aisle at your local grocery store has been getting bigger and bigger, year after year, for a reason.
People are lazy.
So instead of buying, cooking and eating real food that comes straight from nature, like God intended, many of us turn to quick and easy “diet” foods that we can eat on-the-go.
And even though a healthy protein bar is always good to have in your purse or backpack…
It should only be used as a backup when life happens, instead of a staple that you use daily.
Additionally, most of these diet foods contain “hidden” obesity additives and fat-storing preservatives.
NOTHING will give you great results like when you eat real food that has ONE ingredient.
In fact, one ingredient foods are the #1 food you can eat to manage your blood sugar for faster fat burning.
For example, locally farmed animal proteins from free range chickens and turkeys, grass fed cows and bison, and pasture raised pork from pigs are some of the best protein choices.
We even buy our eggs from a local farmer. You should too. Google it.
Organic fruits, berries, vegetables and tubers will always be a 10x BETTER choice than some cheap ready-made meal replacement or energy bar.
Besides, fake “diet” foods are more likely to send your insulin soaring as well.
You’d probably be better off just NOT eating rather than putting this crap in your body.
Even though things like low carb breads, high fiber wraps, protein bars, and legitimate protein powders have their place…
…They’ll never work as well as digging up a sweet potato, picking some fruit off the vine, or buying half a cow from your local farmer.
