Inside this short video, I’m going to introduce you to a very unusual yet very powerful, scientifically proven, two-minute ritual that you can use to actually rewire your brain for faster fat loss, and increase your levels of happiness dramatically.
See, most people go through life thinking that their current reality is what determines their current level of happiness, when, in fact, it’s the lens in which we see our world that actually determines our happiness. A 2003 study found that keeping a gratitude journal led to an increased sense of well-being, better sleep, more willingness to accept change, and even help lower symptoms of pain. Another study published in 2008 performed on subjects expressing gratitude, found that they were influencing their hypothalamus, which can have a positive impact on sleep, cravings, appetite, and even stress.
Being grateful has also been scientifically proven to make your brain release more of the neurotransmitter dopamine. When your brain releases the chemical, it’s equivalent to taking an all natural stimulant for the pleasure center of your brain. So science shows when you maintain a positive outlook, your brain releases more dopamine, dopamine makes you happier, it turns on your learning centers in your brain, creating new neural pathways inside your head. It sounds weird, but it works.
So all you have to do to get every single one of these benefits is just simply take a few minutes every day to be grateful. That’s right. Gratitude could just be the missing link to your fastest fat loss and your ultimate happiness.
