Karen and I have been remodeling our house and doing a lot of traveling on our off time since summer started, so things have been a little…well NUTS!
We’ve been making it a top priority to focus on our motivation tactics to help keep our body fat levels low for the summer.
You see, it’s not genetics or a secret fat burning pill that makes us fat burners…it’s consistency. How do you stay consistent? One word: MOTIVATION.
We know for a FACT, that motivation is one of THE secrets of the fat burning journey.
So we got to thinking: “Do our subscribers and followers actually know how to use our unusual motivation tricks to stay on course like we do?”
We use a few very unique methods to stay motivated for exercise AND eating during the summer when we always want to party down and eat bad food.
We use things like music, pictures, reward systems, strategic cheating, and even a strategic diet and exercise plan (we call it “The Ultimate Summer Fat Loss Cycle”) that we’ll share with you in the next couple days. This is some VERY sneaky stuff. ?
What about you? What strategies do you use to stay motivated for fat loss and exercise during summer?
We’ll be sharing this new and innovative summer fat loss plan in the next 7 days, but we need to know how you motivate yourself for exercise and fat burning nutrition first.
Half of getting the body you want is knowing exactly what makes you tick and keeps you going day after day.
Next, you MUST write it down (or type it) so your brain can take action on your commitment. Do this right NOW by leaving a comment below and let’s help each other across the fat burning finish line!
We’ll talk to you in the comments section below!
Shaun and Karen
P.S. Type out below what your TOP 2 or 3 motivation strategies are. We guarantee you’ll be 50% more likely to immediately follow through with your commitment because you typed it below. Research and study after study show this works EVERY time, for EVERY person who puts their strategies in writing.
Shaun,
My motivators are: drinking lots of water, all day, every day.
I chew gum when I want something sweet or am bored.
I make mental notes, yes I should be writing them and am working on it, about how I feel. How sick I feel after eating something with lots of sugar, (somore’s). How great I feel every day in my own body, at last! How it feels in aerobics class after losing 23 lbs.
How thankful I am that God directed me to try this program. It’s the only thing that has worked for me, I’ve tried everything, twice over the last 3 years.
#1 is that when I turn 50 next month I will get rid of the clothes I cannot wear. I like my size 8 clothes and want to keep them and how good I felt physically when I was able to wear them. 4 weeks to get there, no problem with this life style.
Michigan Fan!
After struggling with my weight for years and not seeing any changes except the numbers on the scale increasing, I have finally been successful. After 7 weeks of following the “Crack the Fat Loss plan” I have lost 20 lbs. My daughter and husband were also inspired to try it with me and they have lost 15 – 18 lbs each. It is my hope and prayer that this weight continues to come off. A big motivation for me is my daughter. While she has lost all the weight she wanted to, I have another 30-40 to go. I want my daughter to see that I am strong and that I have the willpower to see this through. What joy it is to be able to start giving away clothes that for once are too big instead of too small. This summer my daughter and I will be training for a sprint triathalon. I am not looking at setting any records – but finishing would be awesome!!
On the way to getting fit for life!!
This program is totally an answer to prayer. I just turned 50 this year and have been fighting hormones and a husband who likes to bring home sweets. I have been striving to lose for 20 YEARS and this is the first program I have ever lost weight on so quickly and do not feel deprived. I got him to agree to do this program with me, and he lost 12 pounds that 1st week and I lost 7! That motivates me right there. I keep losing steadily and we are only in the 10th day. This is so exciting to me that my energy is soaring and my mood is so elevated when I am going through menopause. I have been searching for this program for half of my lifetime! It is a keeper.
This plan makes great sense, but I am still having trouble getting/staying motivated. The daily emails and videos are great. I have three, slim boys who eat anything they want, whenever they want. The videos remind me that I am not alone in this battle. I’m drinking more water, now and I have increased my exercise. I just need to get on the plan and stay on it. This Sunday, I will start the ultimate 7-day summer fat loss nutrition cycle. After I make it though a complete week, I know I’ll be on my way. Keep the videos coming. They really do help.
I keep motivated by setting mini goals….I have to release about 60 pounds of fat, so far I have lost 12, so I set mini goals, and some big goals too depending on various events I will be attending. I also hang a picture of a Victoria secret ad on my frig. It gives me something to shoot for visually, even if I don’t look quite that good, I can still try, you never no what diet and exercise can do for a body. Other motivation is trying to reverse my prediabetic state & insulin resistance. Also, since I am 51 soon to be 52, I want to get in shape so I can not only look younger but feel younger, I want me adult kids to be proud of me, and see how well I take care of myself. I have let myself go in the past 5 years after a difficult divorce. I also track my meals/food and my weight to see what works best, that is motivating.
