Everything old is new again.
Or at least that’s how it seems.
The oldest (and the newest) workout method in the world is bodyweight exercise training.
And it’s popped up again this year as one of the top three fitness trends, according to a survey by the American College of Sports Medicine.
People love bodyweight training because they can do it anytime, anywhere.
They don’t need a gym. And it’s easy to fit into even the busiest lifestyle.
However, there is big problem with most bodyweight exercise programs.
They usually tend to be incredibly long (think P90X) and boring.
My great friend, Adam Steer, has created an innovative bodyweight exercise technique that has earned him the nickname “The Bodyweight Exercise Coach.”
And he gets serious results for all his clients using super short 21-minute workouts.
He taught me several new moves I’ve never seen anywhere before, like the Bucket Drop.
Although these bodyweight exercises look incredibly simple and easy, it kicked my tail. I was shocked.
You can try this move and check out one of Adam’s sample workouts right here for FREE to burn a massive amount of calories and shed fat in only 12 minutes…
Enjoy the free-workout and make sure to fall back on this method whenever you don’t have time to go to the gym.
Keep going strong,
