            <description><![CDATA[ Your videos have been very helpful.  However, when I go to the charts you've given us, I see Exercise 1, 2, 3, 4 etc for a body part.  What are these exercises?  Do we check out the various equipment at the chest that works out that body part we're going to exercise or choose from the online reference chart showing how to do an exercise?  I'm a little confused here.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[ Is there any possibility that you can share with us strength training exercises we can do at home with explanations as to what you are referring to/how to do it correctly.  I know that part of your explanation in your video did cover 2 exercises that could be done at home but it would be more helpful to have more to go on.  Thank you.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[ I have about 80 pounds to lose - on lots of meds, 59 years old, 4 back surgeries, etc.  I do water aerobics 4-6 times a week for an hour each session.  Have lost no weight (as a matter of fact, because of a certain med, gained 40 pounds while doing water aerobics) but firmed up and gotten stronger.   What's your advice on exercise for me?]]></description>
