Unfortunately someone had the gall to suggest under another forum subject that I was just trying to make money and that in fact there was nothing wrong with Crystal Light because it was in Wendy's book. I took exception to cwerts comments and have posted my response for all to see.

I encourage any and all questions but please do not use this forum to post your various thought on motives as it relates to my profession. Call me in person at 386-871-3241 or email my at foodcoachlaura@aol.com and put a real name and voice on your concerns and or accustaions.

As posted:
Be that as it may I will humor you and myself by educating YOU and any other naysayers!!!!! Look at the news. Have you seen information about dopamine D2 receptors. Well look it up. It says that eating artificial sweetners and high glycemic foods has your body reacting with the same addiction as CRACK COCAINE. Guess that about says it all. Diet Sodas make you fat. Crystal Light makes you fat. Artifical sweetners make you fat. Stevai is toxic, agave is oixic, splenda is toxic among all th other artifical sweetners..

Do Your research. Just because Wenduy wrote a great book three years ago doesn't mean we should close our eyes to new research. She would be all over this. She died before all of this came to light.

Please DO NOT IMPLY that my motives are anything less than true. I do take it personally. It is my life, my business and my vocation.

Anyone who want to know more about BSweet sweetner and BSkinny codffee and BCreamy and NuvoGene Tea and Matrix for Men and Women please go to www.boresharesearch.com and take a look for yourself. Please also take a look at www.dranndeweesallen.com. She is the scientist behind all of these products. I am fortunate enough to work with her personally. Shaun has had the opportunity to hear her speak.

Good luck in all you do and be careful what button you PUSH on me.

What is this? The response in the brain that drives your appetite, your starch cravings, your lever to stop eating, and your need for sugar. Did you know Diet soda, thats right the zero calorie drinks, increase your cephalic response and make you want to eat more (in quantity and duration) and leaves you less satisfied.

If you would like to see a Katie Couric interview on the topic let me know. Shaun and I are also going to create a training video on the topic. Let us know of your interest in this topic.

OK that headline just pissed me off because I love coffee. Thought caffeine was supposed to help your workouts. What about those appetite suppressants that are so high in caffeine? Turns out that coffee has all kinds of great antioxidants and is terrific to drink if it has the formula. Keep and eye out. Shaun will be doing a educational mini training on the "new" caffeine buffered coffee that is actually fat burning. Woo Hoo. Don't have to give up coffee.

I have been following wendy's two books now for four months. It really works I have gone from 138 to 118 lbs. I have been on the maintenance plan for four weeks since I have reached my goal. I am going skiing next week with my ski club. I would like to know what changes I need to make in my diet to ensure that I keep my energy level up so I can ski all day. I have also been taking the L-Carnitine as sugested in the book. Should I continue with that and at what time should I take it? I am 63 years old, in good physical condition and I am blessed wilh good health.
Thank you for your help,
