So glad to have found this forum! I just finished the full 8 week program for Conquer the Fat Loss Code. I have more weight to lose and i need some direction. What is the best way to keep my metabolism revved up? Do I start the program over again? I love the program, so I'd like to start at the beginning again, however, I'm worried that my body will learn to adjust to this program like it always has others in the past. Please let me know what is the best way to continue with this program.

I have lost 12 pounds quite painlessly on this program. I know I could have lost more, I just hate exercising. My goal for the future is to become and stay more active. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Be that as it may I will humor you and myself by educating YOU and any other naysayers!!!!! Look at the news. Have you seen information about dopamine D2 receptors. Well look it up. It says that eating artificial sweetners and high glycemic foods has your body reacting with the same addiction as CRACK COCAINE. Guess that about says it all. Diet Sodas make you fat. Crystal Light makes you fat. Artifical sweetners make you fat. Stevai is toxic, agave is oixic, splenda is toxic among all th other artifical sweetners..

Do Your research. Just because Wenduy wrote a great book three years ago doesn't mean we should close our eyes to new research. She would be all over this. She died before all of this came to light.
Please also take a look at www.dranndeweesallen.com. She is the scientist behind all of these products. I am fortunate enough to work with her personally.
Starting Plan On April 5 - Currently Ending Master Cleanse (1 reply)

Hello!

I am currently on the Master Cleanse. I got on the cleanse because I had gained SO much weight in the last 5 months and my stomach had gotten HUGE! My eating habits had gotten terrible and i was always hungry I wanted to clean my body out. I initially planned on doing the cleanse for only 10 days. I ended up doing it for 25 days. Tomorrow will be my last day! So far I have lost 28 pounds. Throughout the cleanse I have remained active - I excercise about 5 days a week. Mainly cardio. I know I HAVE to incorporate strength training.

Anyway, After going off the cleanse I plan on easing into regular solids for the next 5 days. Then I want to start the "Conquer The Fat Loss Code" plan. One of my co-workers has been doing it for a few months now and looks great! I sitll have about 30 punds that I would like to lose. So, I thought this plan would be perfect for me. However, I am really concerned about how my body will react to it since I am coming off the cleanse. I am scared to that I will gain my weight back. Again, I want to lose more weight and I am hoping that this plan would be a good way to continue my weight loss in a more sustainable way. I was hoping to get some feed back, since everyone of this forum has been on the plan.

I started the Conquer plan on Monday. I have lost 3 pounds already - which is amazing to me. I am battling 80 pounds of baby weight that hasn't left and am hopeful for the first time in ages. I was trying to be as exact as I could so I took my book to work to record everything. Somehow I left it on my desk - which I realized only after I went to plan tomorrow's menu.

Does anyone have the women's plan for day 3 of week 1? I really don't want to lose this momentum.

Thanks

Hi,

Question about the meal sizes: Should there be some type of adjustment for the size/weight of the person? For example, I'm 6'4, 280 lbs, should I really only be taking in the same amount of calories as a man that is 175 lbs?

Thanks.

We're starting the third week of the fat-loss code and following the plan day-by-day. I,(Howard), have lost 7 pounds to date and doing good.. Beverly has lost 5 1/2 but no success this week in weight loss.

We have a few questions.

1.On the eggs, toast, potatoes - what can we put on it? How about salsa or shredded cheese on eggs, potatoes and vegetables

2.Can we substitute meals? - for example, lentil bean soup, meat loaf, sushi rolls or broccoli.
