Kudos to you for your "getting ready for summer" package with diet and exercise. To have the planners, recipes and exercise videos all put together is a real gift! I have been dragging and needed this kind of boost and motivation. Can't wait for the exercise videos---I'm such a newbie it's just what I need.

Sorry that the majority of you missed the meeting. We had a great time and it was sooo informative. Shaun was awesome and took home all kinds of knowledge to share with you.

Dr. Ann deWees Allen was amazing with all the science that she shared. She is the inventor of all the boresha products i use in my practice : BSkinny Coffee, BSweet, BCreamy, Matrix for Men and Matrix for Women, and Fruit flavored NuvoGene tea. She has asked me to serve as a technical advisor for her websites and GL-12 will be officially sanctioned to follow the low glycemic lifestyle.

You have found an amazing source of information from people who care. We are helping each other one person at a time. Keep in the loop on these products additonal websites, etc. There is much more to come.

Congrats to all GL-12 personal food coaching clients. All of you are kicking butt!! There have been some very impressinve numbers such as 22 lbs and 27 inches in 4 weeks (go Dawn!!) How about 27 lbs and 31 inches in 4 weeks (go Jim). Then we have Greg whose blood pressure dropped 8 points, he lost 22 lbs, don't know the inches but he is down 3 pants sizes, and his blood sugar has stablized and he is notlonger considered diabetic. These are just a few of the success stories.

If I can help or you just want an assessment and a place to start please contact me.

Again, Thanks Shaun and Ryan for the breathing room.

Hi --

I'm new to the site but have been following the diet for a while and doing well. Took a few days off over Christmas, started over (minus the carb-deplete cycle) and just completed the maintenance period. I'm confused about what to do next. I know I'm supposed to do four carb-down days and then restart the cycle, but that places the Monday of Week 2 (the restart week) on a Friday, which totally throws off the placement of subsequent carb-up days. I would prefer to ensure that I have those days to use on weekends. I'd be grateful for any advice! Many thanks.

Hello All,

I was on Wendy's Crack the Weight Loss Code at work and was very impressed that it worked. I'm trying to get back into it and the thought of eating eggs everyday is not very appealing. Don't get me wrong, I like eggs, but not this much. Is there anything else I can eat instead?

Thanks, Tammy

Broccoli is usually the vegetable of choice. Because of the Vitamin K content I need to cut back on the amount consummed each week. Is there an alterative vegetable that I can substitute?

Very little is mentioned on fruit recommended on your daily food plan. What choices do we have and on which days can this be consumed (Carbs up, carbs in or baseline days).

Dry toast? Can we use some type of spread, such as sugerless jam?

Finally, constipation. Prunes help.
