Responses toHow You Can Burn 1,000 Calories from ONE 12-Minute Workout…
Shaun,
I want you to know I have been using the 12 minute cardio for a while now, and I LOVE that I can get a good cardio workout in such a short time. I really hate long cardio sessions because they are just soooooo boring to me. So this way, I get going and before I can get bored, I’m done! The 12 minute version I have been doing had the 4 minute increasing intensity, 4 minute sprint, then 3 minutes of run and one minute of jog before cool down. This one seems to keep the intensity up a bit higher than I have been doing. I’ll have to give it a try.
Thanks again!
