		<description>This is a great piece. I particularly agree with your information regarding nuts. They&#039;re not really a great food when it comes to dieting. Yogurts are especially annoying for me. If you recommend them to people, they often choose the fat filled, sugar filled variant. It&#039;s problems such as these that convince me that most people should follow some kind of plan, or have a coach. If people aren&#039;t sure they can often make the wrong decisions. I have an article which is quite similar regarding &#039;healthy foods&#039; that aren&#039;t actually that healthy. It&#039;s a little different to this. I am on a diet of 1700 calories a day I workout in curves 5 days a week (the machines state i lose on average 500 cals per workout i sometimes use treadmill and rebounder also. I then spend approx 3 hours cleaning which is fairly vigorous for work. im 5foot 10 inches i weigh 220lbs my weight will not budge im at this for months now please can u help?</description>
