I’ve been working very hard on a very important project with New York Times Best-Selling Fat Loss Author, Wendy Chant. I like to refer to her as my hidden secret weapon.

Can’t wait for the New Get Lean in 12 to launch! I’m a Stay at Home Mom who started my weight loss journey after weaning my youngest in February. Since, I’ve lost over 80lbs and feel I’m in the greatest shape of my life! Historically I was usually a thin person, but would pack on the pounds after each pregnancy (5 total with 3 live children we lost 2).I have used Get Lean in 12, Pilates, and another HIIT circut routine, combined with strategic clean eating with fabulous results. I’m now at the point where I’m down to the stubborn last 5 or so pounds as well as a desire to lower the body fat % which stands at 17-20% depending on which source is used to read it. I’ve confused a few trainers who look at me and think my % is no more than 13%. I weigh 125 lbs and am 5ft 5 I too wonder why it isn’t lower. I do tend to carry more weight in the thigh area. I also have some water retention in the front of my lower legs (my 2 year old does not sleep so I am on my feet much of the night). I’m pretty sure it isn”t due to salt intake as I don’t add any extra and eat quite clean. I’m inspired by the story behind the collaboration and look forward to what you both have to share!

I am 45 this year, I have been struggling with chronic fatique symtoms for about 3 years now, it seems to be slowly improving. I am also having ‘cookie’ problems when getting on your site. One more thing I could use your help on is finding the 12 videos series I have heard you talk about. I think I need step by step directions, I have tried a few different things with now success.
