    i have both books..crack the fat and conquer the fat loss code and was wondering week one in both books are different so which one are you suppose to use?? do you do the first 8 weeks in crack the fat and then go to the next book menu in conquer the fat loss code???? thank you for yoor time please e/mail me with the answer if possible. we’er on day 5 now sincerely darlene

    Hi Darlene,
    We recommend you always to Crack first then move to Conquer….after that you can restart the plan or move to our Life-Long GL-12 Maintenance Plan…coming soon,.
