never mind, I believe I have it figured out! I know on the maint. plan (at least according to the first book) it is important to have 5 base. days in a row, so I will do today tomorrow & Sun as I have been C,C,&D then monday thru fri. baseline. sat CH, sun. H! Right!!! Then I know the deal if I ever need an extra CH, depending on how much I cheat either deplete the day before & after or at least carb down! Am I getting it ? I have done lifestyle changes before with other parts of my life so this is not completely new to me. God’s grace & people like you have empowered me. Again Thank You. Please keep me updated on any new info!
Hi! Back from vaca, worked out & stuck to diet almost perfectly, exercised every day for 5 days & did alot of walking. Now my question is shoul I start over again next week when my 8 weeks are complete with book one or two, conquer the fat loss code? They are different, is one better or more accurate than the other? I would use both but like I said before there are some discrepencies between the two.

Just pick one book or the other. If you’ve done one of the books already, then go ahead and use the other one. The 15 minutes before and after food consumption (NO water) does that include any other drinks or liquids?

Hi Madeline….Yes it does include other drinks and liquids too, but it won’t kill you. The 15 minute trick is for those who are following a very strict regimen. You’ll still get great results, there’s just a lot of research showing this will help.

Hello,
I am getting ready to start the 7 Day Carb Delete part of the lifestyle change. I am having problems finding a protein powder without soy. Yours is a little expensive since I don’t know if I will be able to tolerate it. I found the Biggest Loser “All Natural Protein”. It has 6 grams of protein, total carbohydrate 8 gram (with dietary fiber 6 grams and only 1 gram sugar. Will this work for the protein powder? I am also having a hard time just finding your blog.
Hi Patty,
We recommend that you stick with a lower carb formula for the 7-Day Diet. You can use the higher fiber formula after the first 7 days.
Ours is definitely more expensive because we use a premium cooling process that makes our Whey superior to anything on the market for better absorption. There are a lot of whey protein sources that will have lower carbs for your first week. Just make sure you try to get one that’s not heat processed if possible. You’ll pay a little more, but its worth it.
