Hi Shaun. this question is not directly related to this subject, but i have been following GL12 for quite some time and have applied some of the tips you have given. I am very interested in following the eating principles of your program and do understand they go hand in hand with the exercise program, but i already have an exercise program in place that i really enjoy. also i find that if i did not train this way, i would not train at all. i participate in a womans bootcamp 3 mornings a week (1hr each) and 2 x half hour resistance training sessions with a PT. the bootcamp is more cardio based with some resistance. i have had great results, but i have just that little bit more fat to get rid of and i am struggling with that. whats your thoughts? cheers tracey

Just keep doing what you’re doing exercise wise. If it’s not broke…don’t fix it
I do recommend that you try to change up your routine if you haven’t (or have your PT do it for you) so you can break through the plateau you’ve hit.
Lastly, nutrition is always 75% of your results no matter what way you slice it…you HAVE to use macro-patterning or some other strategic carb cycling plan to get to the next level. So if you haven’t been using our meal plans, we highly recommend that you get started today. (www.LeanForLifeCoaching.com)
I hope this helps clarify things!! Have a great day!
