3 Powerful Tactics To Stay Motivated For Exercise AND Eating This Summer…

Karen and I we’re blown away by ALL the comments on the last blog post!

It was also a big wake up call that we all need to support and help each other with this whole motivation thing.

WHY?

Because Motivation = Consistency.

And consistency guarantees results as long as you’re following an efficient and proven plan.

Speaking of efficiency and a proven plan, this week we’re going to be sharing a brand new 12-minute workout AND a brand new food cycle.

But first, we need you to let us know which one of motivation tactics you’re going to use in today’s short video…

Let’s keep helping each other with this whole motivation thing. How?

  1. Watch the short video above right now.
  2. Post a comment below on which unique tactic you’re going to implement that best fits your personality.

Committed to helping you overcome your fat loss obstacles once and for all,
Shaun and Karen

P.S. Remember, as soon as we help each other get motivated for exercise and eating right, we’re going to give you the exact plan you need to follow through.

We really think this is THE most powerful fat loss cycle we’ve ever used. We would even venture to go as far as saying it’s as powerful as Wendy’s famous 7-Day Diet.

We know that’s a very bold statement, but that’s how much we believe in this plan.

  2. Shirley says:

I lkie looking at old pictures and thinking I can do that, I can take small steps towrards what I utimately want to look like and stay motivated enought to continue to keep the weight off.

  3. Jan J says:

I’m having a STAYcation this year but have our annual big family reunion coming in September. That will be my biggest motivation – along with continuing to use old pictures (where I was approx. 100 lbs thinner than I am now). I CAN get back there.

  4. Diane says:

I am using the ‘going back to my stomping ground to see some old friends’ as my motivational tool. Even though I am not exactly where I want to be yet, it’s okay, I feel better…see some old friends; it’s good for the soul…

  5. Lisa says:

I’m using the get in shape for vacation.

  6. Sandy says:

I am using some photos from a couple of years ago to motivate me to reach a couple of goals. I’m planning a trip to spend some quality time with my girlfriend who is like a sister to me. We do not live close to each other, and do not get to see each other often. I have some cute summer clothes hanging in my closet that have been neglected for a couple of years that are perfect for this trip. :( My second deadline is a military formal ball later this year. I want to wear my first formal gown, a knock out red design that flipped my husband’s lid. That was almost 20 years ago. It is time to bring on another evening of fond memories. “De Oppresso Liber”

  7. Diane says:

The class reunion is my tactic! Nothing like seeing old friends!

  8. Jeff says:

Old pictures of myself and digging out clothes I haven’t been able to put on in years are my best motivation.

  9. Karen says:

Seeing people I haven’t seen in a while is a great motivator for me, and cheat days are essential for my long term success!

  10. Cheryl Stahl says:

Cheat days are really what helps me stick with the plan on a day to day basis. Fitting into old clothes I haven’t been able to wear for years really helps too.

  11. Cherie says:

I will use going on vacation as a motivator. Also, to be able to wear the clothes that I have in my closet will be a motivator.

  12. Ruth says:

Pulling out clothes that don’t fit and looking at them every day will be my motivator. Also, looking at old pictures when I was fit and trusting that I have what I need inside me to do this!

  13. Jean says:

I’m using the get in shape for vacation strategy and the I don’t want to be the fat sister motivation strategy. :)

  14. Lou says:

Just returned from vacation and those family beach pictures are certainly motivating me!

  15. Eda Walker says:

fitting into the clothes in my closet is always a big motivator for me.

  16. tj says:

For Motivation – what works for me is this: “TODAY” is the only time I have to make a change. Yesterday is in the past – & tomorrow will always be tomorrow (why procrastination is so dangerous). Since I can’t change yesterday & tomorrow doesn’t exist yet, what steps can I take today to be sure “Today” works FOR me instead of against me? If I do anything that makes a difference today, no matter how small, then I can go to bed tonight rest-assured that today will ultimately be a part of the outcome I want. If one day I blow it, it’s important to forgive myself and wipe the slate clean, and say “this is a new moment to make a better choice – ya hoo – a “mulligan!”

  17. Sharon says:

I found some pictures of me at the size I would like to return to, and I put them on the fridge.

  18. Dee Dee says:

my motivation is getting into size 10/12. I know I can do it.
