    What do you think about drinking and CHEAT day? Many people say NO ALCOHOL during a cheat day it is somewhat NEGATES the metabolic up-regulation of hormones for fat loss? thoughts?

    You’re definitely on the right track Paul…you CAN drink on your cheat day…BUT it has to be done strategically otherwise alcohol and a cheat = fat gain. I cover this in detail on the next video…stay tuned :-)

    Women should take a minimum of 4 to 5 grams every 3 hours. I also recommend 10 grams before and after fasted training. Works like gangbusters…but make sure you follow the “strategy” and workout during the fast to preserver muscle and keep the metabolism cranking.
