I’ve been asked countless times over the years about healthy food choices and there’s one thing I’ve learned…

MOST people have no clue.

    Got a lot out of this one in particular about the nuts not being a good protein source. I use them alot more than I should in my diet mainly because they are easily available and in my mind I think I’m eating well….better than wheat thins or some other fast crap to put in my mouth when I’m hungry, but now when I reach for some more I’ll be thinking of you! Thanks!
