    Hey Shawn,
    I was doing your GL-12 program before I got pregnant and saw awesome results. I now have a 7 week old chubby baby boy :) and I am ready to get back in to exercising again. Do you have any recommendations on how to ease back into the program so I can get lean by summer? I have lost 30 lbs since my baby was born and would like to loose another 20, I am breastfeeding too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Congrats on your post pregnancy success!! I would start out doing lower intensity cardio and body weight training 5 to 6 days a week.
