Shaun, You are a great teacher! I LOVE and have always loved learning about health and fitness and you are hands down one of the most practical and easy to follow teachers of fitness and nutrition information. Thank you for what you do.

    Shaun,
It is really great watching your video’s. I graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition from Long Island University. It is quite amazing that they teach you NONE of the practical and physiological applications of what we learn to implement it into real life situations. Your experience and information is right on point and thank you for your dedication to teach others. You are a true inspiration to the health and wellness community who yearn for the RIGHT techniques and understanding to live their life to the fullest each and every day!

    Thank you!,

Hi Shaun. I love your tips and tricks for fat loss and they are working. However, here in Britain I am really interested in the tips for the timing of when to have food. I have bought your books on this so it is a real shame I can’t get the Nutrient Timing for Fat Loss without getting Craig’s book. As I have already said, I have a personal trainer and do a lot of weight training with her. Also, I enjoy going to the gym. As a grandmother, I mix with younger people as well as those who are older.

The other ‘problem’ is that I go to the gym at 7.00 am so can’t do the “train 3-4 hours after eating” thing. Any suggestions?

Keep up the good work. You are inspirational but I would like more nutritional help timing wise! Chris

Amazing isn’t man. The trenches is the best place for learning and teaching for fat loss and practically every area of life….a few exceptions of course…but nothing replaces real world application and the study of real science.

REALLY appreciate your support and kind words! Keep going strong.

    @ Chris
If your goal is rapid fat loss and you have over 10 pounds of fat to lose just exercise in a fasted state.

But if you’re leaner I would take in aminos to prevent possible muscle loss…but if the intensity is HIGH enough, the hormones should take over.

Also if you’re on the leaner side and you go for longer than 45 minutes I would also consider some protein powder…but 90% of the time I exercise in a fasted state when I wake up.

And if you want more nutrient timing advice, check out my YouTube Channel or poke around here on the blog. Lots of great free content.

Thanks for the feedback….have a great one.
