Servings: 8 bars (In small baking pan) or 16 cookies (Using a cookie sheet)
Here’s What You Need…
· 2 ½ Cups Oats
· 1 ½ Cups Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter or Power Butter
· 3 egg whites
· 2 mashed bananas
· 1 tablespoon honey
· 4 tablespoons organic skim milk
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat an 8 x 8 pan or cookie sheet with non-stick spray or olive oil.
2- Mix the oats, protein powder and cinnamon. Add Peanut Butter or Power Butter and stir until well combined. Add egg whites, bananas, honey and milk.
3- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan or roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until set (do not overcook! They become very dry if you do). Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 bars or removing cookies from cookie sheet.
Nutritional Analysis:
One bar equals: 250 calories, 8 grams of friendly fat, 25 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, and 20 grams of protein.
One cookie equals: 125 calories, 4 grams of friendly fat, 13 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, and 10 grams of protein.

P.S. Are you too lazy to cook? If so, invest
in a quality nutrition bar that isn’t filled
with all that junk. It’s called Tri-O-Plex.
We recommend half a bar for women and a whole one for men. Also, try to consume these before 3pm if possible. After 3pm you’re more likely to store the extra carbs as fat.
